On the down side, it did seem like a long time for our food to come out. But it was all good so it was totally worth it. All in all we had a great dinner experience and may make it a regular Sunday night stop.
Good customer service, not a long wait on food for it to be a Friday. I gave it three stars all because of the menu. It's basic bar food nothing spectacular. But cool environment relaxed scenery.
The food was great and the service was good. On Sunday night children eat for $1.99 and they offer free tablets for the kids so needless to say( with 4 kids) it was one of the most peaceful meals we've had in years.
We initially had an awful first experience when coming here. Our server was awful and didn't care about us. That changed when Heather became our go to server. She's funny and nice. You can tell she wants you to have a good experience. The foods alright too!
Service was mediocre at best. The wait for food was extremely long, the restaurant was full. We changed our order to to-go before well before our food came out. It still came out as if we were eating there. I told the lady who brought it out that we changed it to-go and she took it back and 15 minutes later it was brought out in bags to-go. Our waitress said she checked the order and it was all correct. Well we found out when,we got home it was not correct. I should have checked it there. We will try them again hoping it was just start-up errors and things will get better. Although, they had been open and packed full if people for at least 2 weeks before we went.
Update: originally I have them a 2 star rating. I changed it to 4 because they have improved dramatically. The last 2 times we have been there they have gotten out food correct and service has been much much better.
Best wings in Athens. There was a mistake in my order, the manager took care of it, no worries when looking for a great place to eat. You've come to the right place.
