The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner was great and so was the receptionist. Fast courteous service!

Went in with the flu, feeling really bad and light headed. The staff was very helpful and seemed concerned and caring. I have used this facility several times and have had no complaints

I went in for a mammogram, 3 one in my life. 3 days latter I am still sore. I was pushed around not hard, but I guess I wasn't close enough and rather than telling me, I got shoved into the machine. Then once fully closed in, (there was not gentle squeeze, it was full pressure flat as a pancake get the job done kind of gal) but once it was squeezed down she raised the machine up. I thought I was going to die!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! 4yrs ago I took my 2yo here. They said he had an ear infection. We go home and he continued not eating, was having trouble breathing, vomiting, and high fever. Took him to the ER that same day and he was admitted with pneumonia!!! Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. My 18yo sister accidently went to this place. She was having high fever, chills, body aches, little trouble breathing. They test her for WEST NILE VIRUS! (Really?!) She goes home and a couple days later she can hardly get up without gasping for breathe. She goes to the ER, and she was admitted for SEVERE PNEUMONIA in both lungs!!! She has been fighting for her life for 12 days in the ICU! As I write this she is still there on a ventilator and has a chest tube. We almost lost her because some idiot at this place apparently can't do their job. Not to mention this is the second time they have put some one I love in danger. I am telling everyone I know never to go here and I hope you listen to my warning. This is crazy and ridiculous!

I was amazed at the prompt and courteous service shown to me and my daughter the last two times we were in Medical East. The nurses were so friendly, engaging, caring and very competent. We saw Karen Thompson, nurse practitioner, the two times we were there and she demonstrated concern, listened attentively, ran the necessary tests and addressed the situation with great competence and compassion. We were in and out in about an hour on both occasions. This is not what I have typically encountered with urgent care clinics. I am so thankful to have them in our community and would recommend them to anyone.
