Not enough cashiers. I have been there different times of day and night. Sometimes around 9-10 PM I have been there and they had only 2 cashiers working. Once there were 22 people in the self checkout, 17 in one line, and 16 in the other. Ridiculous!! Other times, same situation just different numbers of people waiting to check out. Doesn't make for a fun shopping trip.
Met several employees through out the store, not one spoke, I said Good Morning, a couple responded back but the others just ignored my greeting. The Cashier would not speak in a greeting, saying how much my purchase total was or even a thank you. None appreciation to customers does not help the business.
This particular store is very busy and difficult to get in and out. It is more convenient to drive further and pay more than try to get in here. Even leaving this store is dangerous and it takes so long. This entire store needsvto be rethought.
Low prices. Organized isle, good fresh food. Everything in 1 place. Need to have more check out during non peek hours. Too much waiting in lines.
It's a great place to get absolutely anything but they sometimes do not have enough cashiers to handle the volume.
