The only thing good I can say, is the prices are resonable. The people working show lack of experience and they are always trying to pull over extra charges on women for unnecessary repairs!

Had great service after a blow out on the interstate, traveling from Mississippi to Kentucky. Got to store 29 minutes til closing took great care if us !!!
We had a flat tire on our rental car and stopped in to Pep Boys on a Sunday. Service was timely and very professional! We had an excellent experience and would recommend for sure.
went here for a simple oil change a while back. BIG MISTAKE! They put the original filter back on the car and failed to tell me until i returned a couple days later because all of the oil had leaked out of my engine until the point it was making a combination of ticking and grinding noises. after examining the car and video footage of my vehicle being serviced they came out to me and said oil filters were no longer made for my car. I'm no idiot. if they still make oil filters for a 1970 Cuda, they still make one for a 2002 Oldmobile intregue. but to make a long story short, they proposed to buy me a new engine from a salvage car but i took the money and a refund for the service and bought a new car.
